SAMPLE FORMS
There are two forms of primary importance in this program. The first one is the
Letter of Introduction.
This is the form you will take with you when you are looking at neighborhoods and communities. You must have this letter
with you when you register with a builder at their sales office. When you do register be sure to have the builder`s agent
sign the form acknowledging that you are working with a realtor, specifically
A & E Realty
.
You must do this at every community or builder you register with. The introduction form will come to you preprinted with your
name and contact information already filled in. You should print or copy this form as many times as needed so you have a copy
for each builder and/or community you are interested in. The Builder's
Agent should retain a copy for their files. You must
mail or fax the signed document back to A & E Realty so we can update our records.
The second document is the actual
Rebate Certificate
.
This document is issued to you after you have made your buying decisions and have signed a contract with the builder. In the
contract documents you will find a page wherein
A & E Realty
is shown as the
Real Estate Broker of Record.
A copy of this page and the page showing the contract sales price must be mailed or faxed to us. Upon receipt of these items we
will send you an
Official Rebate Certificate,
signed by an authorized agent of A & E Realty, showing the address of your new home, the contract amount and the
amount of the Rebate you will receive after the closing.
