These Pages define the scope, legal requirements, Broker Relationship Notice and the Terms and Conditions of this rebate program. To Participate, the buyer must accept these conditions by following the links to the broker notice and terms and conditions pages and clicking the acceptance button on each page. Once this done, you will automatically be taken to the rebate certificate page. Just fill out the request form and an introduction form and other documents will be automatically sent to your email address.

If you already know which builder and/or community you are interested in, request a form for this particular location. You may request a letter for as many builders and communities as you have an interest in.

If you have not selected a builder or location, leave these items blank. A form will be sent to you with these fields left open. You can make as many copies of this "Generic" introduction as you need. When you visit a community or builder's sales office, fill in the appropriate information when you make your visit. This way, you will not have to request a separate introduction for each and every one of the places you visit. This is especially useful during special events such as a "Parade of Homes" or an individual Builder's promotional event.

Please note that some builders will require that you register with them only once and they will register you for all their communities. This does not meet the requirements of this program. You must be registered with us for each community and builder from which you may purchase your home.

Most communities will have more than one builder. Each builder will have a sales office in the communities they are involved in. These are usually located in one of the Model Homes. Ask the Sales Agent to fax the completed introduction form to us from their office fax machine.
