How Does It Work?
Most builders incorporate 3-5% in the price of their homes as a commission allowance for participating Real Estate Brokers. This
is an incentive for Real Estate Professionals to refer their customers to a particular builder and/or community. This allowance
is not available to the general public and is seldom, if ever, offered as a discount to the home buyer. This commission is paid
out if a Realtor represents you, but is maintained by the builder if you purchase the home on your own.
Most home shoppers believe they are going to get the best deal if they buy on their own. This just isn't true. If you are
buying a $200,000 home, you pay $200,000 whether or not you are represented by a Realtor! When you buy on your own, the
Builder keeps the commission allowance and you receive nothing! Through Our rebate program the new home buyer would

Request the Rebate Documents on-line with A&E Realty for the Builder/Community you are interested in. Request certificates for as many builders and/or communities as you like.
Print the documents generated on our site and bring the Introduction Letter to the Builder's Sales office when you register at the community. Have the Builder's representative sign and date the Letter.
Keep a copy of the signed letter and mail the original document to A&E Realty at the postal address shown below or FAX a copy from the Builder's Sales Office to 904-771-5104.
Close on the home for which you presented the certificate. Your Rebate Check will be mailed to you within 10 business days after closing.
